Could anyone recommend a good clamp meter for measuring current, at a reasonable price. I seen a Martindale one on test meter. Does anyone know if they're good?

What was the model number of the Martindale you were looking at? What kinds of current measurements do you need it for. Do you need DC as well as AC? What's the max and min currents you generally work with? Do you need it to make earth leakage measurements? Do you need more accurate RMS values and finally what's your budget?

Most AC/DC clamp meters will read as low as 0.1A which will suit your application.

As Marvo suggests, you may also want to consider a leakage clamp meter which will display micro-amp resolutions, but will only measure AC current.

If I was going to be measuring in the range of 10 to the −6 (down to 1 millionth of an Amp) for flame sense currents etc I would consider looking at an instrument that connects in the circuit rather than a clamp type meter.

The Martindale you've linked above looks like a good all-round option for general electrical work. I personally would go with a separate earth leakage clamp meter rather than trying to find a single clamp meter that is good for both general work and leakage measurements.
