Good evening all,
I would like to hear your views and recommendations on the following .I was asked advice on the picture below. It is holiday accommodation.
Comprises of 1 bedroom and one toilet/shower room.
these were built round about 1995.All supplementary bonding in place. These were to the 16th ( green book) now back then there was no definitive zones in the regs, it says that switches/ accessories must no be accessible whilst in the shower or the bath. Although the switch is just out the current zone 1 for a shower without a tray, it is still what i would deem as accessible to touch as the ceiling height i is only just over 2m. i feel a code 2 or 3 as it does not comply with 512.2.1
I would be gratefull for your views and code recommendation
