Combined optical smoke and carbon monoxide alarm ?

Does anyone know if there is such a product ...?

Have tried the AICO website, but having problems doing a product search.

If so any ideas on a price please ?

(This is just for a domestic set up)

never seen one, only seen smoke alarms with optical+partical sensors combined.

First Alert do one for about £50 but I am not sure of quality.
For a system Tyco safety products do all sorts of Minerva MX ones
