Hi,

Does anyone one have any reccomendations for a company that does spares for commercial ovens? I need to replace the thermostat on a old pizza oven that heats to 360 degrees. It's a roka werk oven but it's 27 years old and I can't find any spares online for them.

I mainly use a company called 1st choice, they have many universal parts.
Others I recommend; plumb center and CCS.
do you have the details off the stat?
there should be a long ID number on it.
i have a store full of catering spares, may just have one suitable

i just bought a stat. for a lincat fryer.£28.50 inc. ... the lincat price was £71 inc. VAT& postage. seller oriobio

This is the one fitted there's nothing special about it a universal 3 pole one will be fine aslong as its 360 degree, thanks for the links I'll have a look.

a couple of new spade connectors wouldn't go amiss there.

All the spade crimps are shot I'm going to be replacing all the wiring once I've found a thermostat, it's lasted since 1988 until recently I've had to repair some connections.

Those push-on spade terminals are only rated to 10Amps I think. If the elements are over 2Kw I'd find a thermostat with proper lug terminations rather than push-on or if it's a t/pole thermostat then replace with a single pole and use an additional contactor.
