Good day,
I have been asked to quote for a 12kW system for a factory flat roof, (Concrete cast construction -like a bomb shelter! btw) i have used Brewsters for previous domestic desktop surveys, but they say they no longer accommodate commercial surveys, can anyone recommend firms please, I'm in Essex

Thanks in advance

A proper survey for a commercial property will cost at least £600, because of the public liability you will need a full set of proper structural calcs and a structural engineers condition survey and report which will require a full site visit by them, and that way you use their professional indemnity, else you could easily be put out of business big time, even end up in jail if something went wrong later (law of tort)
