Replacing a light fitting in a house

The existing fitting is fixed via the conduit box in the wall

Problem is the new light fitting is smaller so wallpaper is not covering area where new fitting is going

I am planning to use the conduit box again as a fixing method

Does anyone know of any sort of clip on surround template or similar for conduit boxes to cover the wallpaper

They make over-sized white plastic/PVC blanking covers for just such a situation, and to hide where plaster/mortar has come away from the sides of the conduit box...
