Hello ")
I have my NVQ level 1 in electrical installation 2367

I am working on large machines now that have 3 phase heaters.

What route is best to get to Level 3 or 4 and get qualifications.....
I don't want my employer knowing I am going to get qualified.
I can take pictures of the work I am doing with me in it.

Should I do my Level 2 2330 or 2365 ?
or is there (so I heard) a Level 2 and 3 course that provides my level 3 after 1 year of evening classes?

I would like to do evening class's at a college near Dudley. Dont mind travelling 30 miles +

Why don't you want your employer finding out? Who is paying for all these courses? Who will be your mentor and good luck if you think you can get to a level 4 without anyone finding out? I take it your not doing an approved apprenticeship?
