Connecting tails into electricity meter?

When changing consumer units how do you guys go about connecting the tails into the electricity meter if there is a seal on it?

Just wondered what other people do?

ask at Blackpool sea life centre,I believe they are good with seals and local to you to.lol

YOU don't touch the meter. Why would you?

notify the supplier of electricity they will send one of their chaps over to reconnect and seal it up of course
