Hi guys, I've been given the task of installing a 32A commando socket w/ isolator, which will have a 27A oven plugged into it. It will be on a C32 30mA RCBO. The cable from the oven is 4mm which will have the 32a commando plug fitted to it.

My question is, should I wire the 32A commando socket in 4mm or 6mm? The cable run isn't very long so voltage drop won't be an issue.

Installation method
Length of run
What do your calculations tell you

you using singles? any diversity applicable to the cooker?

then base your calcs on the multicore cable as that will probably have the lowest ccc.
