Cooker hood with heat exchange?

The customer has asked for a cooker hood with some kind of heat exchange. I'm not entirely sure what he wants, but I'm guessing it's a cooker hood which reuses the hot air, i.e an MVHR. Are there other cooker hoods that reuse the hot air? Has anyone fitted them?
