Hi all,
Please see the attached photo that includes notes.
I am wanting to have a new GPO installed on a plaster wall that has no existing GPOs.
I am thinking of having wires run from the opposite wall, up through the wall cavity, over the ceiling cavity and down the opposite wall cavity to have terminate at a GPO somewhere on that wall.
Problem: there's no crawl space in the ceiling (due to apartment above).
Wondering if this can be done with hidden wires and if so how would it be done?

is there an existing outlet on the other side of the wall where you want the new outlet?

Do you know which way the beams in the roof run? You already have spot lights there and it might be possible to use a fish-tape to pull a wire across the roof, but you are looking at redecorating at least the walls as I can't imagine you could get round two bends even if there is an open route via the beams.

Others here will have a lot more experience than myself to know what is feasible.

Not sure which way the beams run either unfortunately. I'll have to pull the fan in my bathroom off the ceiling and see if I can check that way.
I was wondering if it could be done with ones of those magnet pull devices? Anyone experienced with those?
