Can anyone help me? My daughter has moved into a flat which has CPEX 3400 Storage heaters. She has no instruction booklet and does not know how to work them efficiently. All they have is input and output dials, no thermostats or automatic settings and only one socket at the wall.

Her only bill so far has been huge.

Is anyone aware of these heaters and how they work? I am on gas so cant really help.
