Discuss Customer backed out - contract not signed in the Solar PV Forum | Solar Panels Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

It doesn't help you in this instance Solar, but if there was a contract in place you would have been able to claim "Reasonable Costs", if it was outside the Cooling Off Period.
Remember, that it is a 7 WORKING day period.
