You are right and I don't see any point in keeping records of complaints & subsequent remedial actions, but the NICEIC stipulates it for the assessment. ThanksIs this for your Part P? I use a small notebook with columns, date, customer details,nature of complaint, remedial action.
Pretty useless really for a one man band, they ring up I sort it.
