Ponty Massive

Afternoon all,

I've been trying to find the thread which links to a company who will chase bad debts for you? Something like £2 for the first letter!!

Anyone know what it's titled under?

Cheers
Ponty

Thank you all!!

We've been having a nightmare with a rewire we have done. In a nutshell, she's owing the balance of about £1K, work has been completed, certified and notified and she is refusing to pay.

The plasterer hasn't been paid either, the first kitchen fitters walked off the job and the second one hasn't finished (because she hasn't paid). She is looking for a tiller if anyone fancies doing it for free.

She even threatened me with "Rogue Traders." I was thinking about contacting the BBC to see when the "Rogue Customers" series would be begining!!

All the best

Ponty!

go in there and rip the cu out and put a hammer through every face plate ! following safe isolation of course !

The problem with that is that she could take you to court for that.... sometimes the law really sucks....

do you know any farmers? a trailer full of cowpoo on the front doorstep is nice for her to come home to.

How about you and the other lads who she's ripped getting together & making a claim in court??

I'm just sort of spouting off the top of me heid, and thinking that if it's all rolled together in one case it may keep the costs down and one biggish case may have a bigger impact?

Just a thought.

I know a farmer that did that to a few gypo's that wouldn't get off his land.

Asked them nicely 'please remove yourself from my land' when they said no he said ok fair enough, then went and got the muck-spreaded and covered them, they soon moved after that.

Aye ............ and one of them ended-up living in Sooth Shields and she's my Fiasco.

i mainly do work for the elderly so no probs getting paid ! plus they dont ask many questions !

I recently did a little job for an elderly lady who I've done work for in the past. It was such a trivial thing that I didn't want to charge her for it, but she wanted to give me £20.

I refused and said she could invite me to her birthday party (86 I think) instead. The poor old dear died a couple of weeks before her birthday.
