Danfoss FP975 fault code n33

Have a customer whose time clock is showing the above fault code, does anyone know what this relates to please? Is it an end of life issue!?

Unfortunately despite my best attempts at trying to diagnose this over the phone by talking to the customer and Danfoss technical help (due to work coming out of my ears!) I will have to go and sort it out tomorrow, I have 5/1 on a faulty three port valve, will let you all know how I get on!
Danfoss have told me that an n33 is caused due to a power surge!?

Oh man, remind me to never get involved with plumbing jobs, pump was pumping the wrong way, three port valve shot, bypass gate valve stuck completely open, and the plumber who had been there has hardwired the pump to the mains as it kept tripping the RCD! Give me strength.
