Well, not quite, but I am quoting on a rewire on a cottage which is going to be totally gutted to bare stone and have everything new. I'm thinking about putting in a quote for the removal of all the plaster as well, but apart from chasing (which is obvioulsy very controlled) I don't have a great deal of experience in the field. Is this do-able with a couple of chasers and a coupe of SDSs with rotary stop chisel functions? How easy is it to remove FAST and is there anything other than the obvious wiring/pipework I need to be aware of - any regs or anything.

Some of the rooms are suffering with damp.

Depending on what you are removing possible issues with types of dust, mould spores, and of course the dreaded "A" word if its realy old the dust will be horrendous apart from that it would be a great way to rid the weeks frustrations knockin bits out of old plasterwork lol
