Have any of you used dimplex or creda heating systems. I am wiring a new build, small bungalow one bed. there is no gas and I have wired to radials to each electrical heater but I need to wire a pilot wire for the heating system so the system runs through one timer / stat (the bloke from dimplex did not get back to me today)
what cable do I need for the aux. the plasterers are there in the morning:confused:

many thanks

I am first fixing, not brought the heaters yet.
the diagram in the catalog only says its a 230v cable for the pilot wire back to the programmer.
I think I will use 3 core and earth and hope for the best if I can't get hold of them first thing in the morning.
If its wrong I will have to buy the RF plugins.

That should cover all bases, as I cant see it being much more then twin 1mm, its only a signal switching cable from a central timer, 230V at fractions of an amp.

I recently came across some novo heaters, they had a master heater with a timeclock on and that then sent a signal to the others, plus they obviously had a constant supply as well
