Driving on interstate at 70'ish and dash lights went haywire (check engine, oil change needed, tire pressure warning, etc) all started coming on. Pulled off at the next exit and got to a parking lot. Windshield wipers were running without being turned on. Once engine was off (dont remember if it killed or I shut it off), it would no longer start. No crank no start although still had power to interior lights, blinkers, etc. Had it towed home and here's what I've done so far.

All of the symptoms seemed like a faulty TIPM so I replaced it. I also bought a new battery so I could rule that out pretty much. Well, I have the same main issue of no crank no start although my radio and courtesy lights work now and they didn't previously. I looked at all fuses and they're good. I tested all relays and they are good (I think). I shorted the starter relay with the paperclip trick and starter works and turns the engine over. I looked at all grounds in the engine that I could find all appear clean and tight. No visible wiring detereoration anywhere. I tried to start the car in park and neutral and jiggled the shift and also the key in the ignition but no luck. Reverse lights are working. My best guess is that something is preventing power to the engine and/or ignition/starting systems like an ignition switch or NSS or whatever. But I really don't have any idea what I'm doing, just feeling my way along by reading and watching vids.

Any advice or suggestions of what I try next would be greatly appreciated.
