do i need to bond my solar panels frame

next week i am installing a pv system on a metal single story king span roof,
do i need to bond the frame if so where do i bond it and do i bond it to the metal building or back to the consumer board

I'd assume that the kind span roof was already bonded - if not then it should be. Bond it to that I would say.
