hello all
I am going to change the old TWINFLEX®pro to the new one. the system is 2 zone and I am not sure if I need to use TWINFLEX®pro OSP software for Installation and Commissioning.

I don't understand how we could possible answer that as you have provided no information as to your installation, design and requirements, I would suggest if you are considering using this system that you attend one of there day long introductions with a short exam at the end, this will help understand how there system works, I will make the assumption you are competent in this field and have the relevant latest US standards to guide you and only querying whether this is a simple plug and play panel or whether you need to program it up.
