hi, I'm a forum virgin ,so, be gentle

Just changing board, ( supplied by customer, B&Q special). Performed all testing prior to removing old board, everything spot on!
Fit & connect new board, test RCD 1 side ok

RCD 2 Side: Trips on non trip loop Zs & .5 RCD test

Shower, upstairs ring & immersion heater on rcd 2

TT earth

I'm thinking dodgy RCD. Looking for guidance & reassurance

Many Thanks

A misplaced neutral , I take it you have tried RCD with individual or all circuits isolated, although IR tests would have found if there was a wiring imballance. Are you testing RCD at the board.? Swap the RCDs with each other.!

try swopping the RCDs round and see if the fault moves to the other side. if it does, suspect RCD.

Disconnect all loads and try testing it. If it still trips on half test then it's likely to be faulty and require replacement. Seems to be a lot of dicky RCDs out there at the moment especially from the cheap brands. Had a spark mate of mine phone me yesterday with a story about a brand new CED one that went bang when he did the functional test. Had a sore finger afterwards apparently.
