Slow to the party, going back to that fire alarm…
1- I wouldn’t want to be that last one that touched that.
2- isn’t there also a band 1 and band 2 voltage in same containment issue? 24v dc and 230v ac in same trunking?
3 - as above the sounder circuit setup isn’t correct
4 - Hope it’s on its own circuit. At least stick it on an unswitched spur - you don’t want someone switching off the fire alarm. I’m out of date but I believe Bs5389 mandates a red key switch these days?
The alarm monkeys should be putting this right and taking responsibility for it!
