Hello,

In our country, electricity/power is cut /outage without prior notice for 2 hours a day.

Does the sudden shutdown of the electrical appliance(such as mini-split inverter AC, refrigerator with and without inverter, TV..) damage them?

Does the problem come from when the power went out or comes back on? If power fluctuations matter, When the power comes back, what if I wait and turn on the appliances after 10 minutes?

Thank you

Without knowing the exact situation it’s hard to say but you definitely don’t want all the appliances turning back on at once all together as that will create a big current surge which could indeed do damage.

you're in the middle east? not germany as the flag suggests

Individually, equipment should be ok if cut off, then back on... but as mentioned, its when theres a large number of appliances all being turned on together drawing a huge current, which can cause the problems.

Domestic battery storage is becoming more common now, so that certain items can be connected to a UPS (uninteruptable power supply)... so there is no cut in power to those items.

The only things likely to be damaged by a sudden loss of power are machines that rely on a cooling pump running on after the heat source has shut down. This will result in local overheating in the machine.
As said above, when the power comes back on, if a lot of machines all get powered up together, the total current drawn may be many times the normal load, resulting in a voltage drop which may in turn result in some machines stalling.
