Dol contact not staying on

Ive had a spark we’ve used before at the workshop wire up this new dol switch for a bandsaw we have but the on switch doesn’t stay on after you release the button. Spark can’t figure out the problem and is welcome to try any ideas.

There is no power feed to the n/o hold in contact.
