In my opinion this applies to fixtures and fittings. I had this conversation with somebody else and they ink it also refers to SWA and armoured cables?

Double and reinforced insulation cannot apply to cable. What many refer to as "double insulated" cable is in fact insulated and sheathed cable.
Protection by double or reinforced insulation refers to that being the protective measure for the installation/part of an installation, and therefore will not apply if the installation is protected by ADS (regardless of whether or not it contains equipment which is of a Class II construction).
Essentially, except in very specialist circumstances, it will always be recorded as "N/A" on the schedule of inspections.
