Down lighter in bathroom not sealed

Putting up an extra light point to existing circuit and whilte testing noticed the bathroom lights are not sealed. just normal downlight that have no seal to provent moisture. Whats best way to note on cert?

either their IP54 rated or the not
I think its a code 2 require improvement ( might be wrong )

Deffo not IP rated, a brushed plate is on the front of them but it just pulls off. No ruber seal no kind on seal at all. Also Gu10's too. normally i use 12v with IP and fire rated fittings only.

what zone is it in, if outside ( also check ceiling heights) no ip requirement at all ( nothing wrong with mains either)
(and if no bedroom above probably no fire requirements either)

if theyre above 2.25m then theyre outside the zones ... no additional requirement but must comply with 512.2 suitable for external influences... which I guess they are if theyve got a glass front
