So I have managed to buy an SDS and a Combi Drill both 18v by Milwaukee at a good price with 2x 5.0ah Batteries, Charger and a 12v LED Torch. I am just looking for some Drill Bits, as I would like to stick with Milwaukee, but they seem rather expensive, so I am not sure if they are worth the extra, or just go with some other brand. Any recommendations would be great.

Have some SDS bits if you want to collect, not sure of the sizes if you're interested I'll look them out and let you know sizes.

That would be great Pete. If you could give me a price including postage.
['ll look into it, my initial thought was if you collect you can buy me a drink, posting is a PITA

Mate in all honesty I have numerous SDS and HSD bit all sizes fare to many to catalogue ( for that read can't be bothered, packing and posting would be difficult. rather you collected a bargain FOC I will keep what I need for myself, make a £20 donation to my tool fund and walk away

I’m in Liverpool so maybe a bit far to travel. Thanks for the offer though as it sounds like a great bargain.

OK Mate thanks for the update, the reason for the reluctance to post, is I tried posting some similar stuff before, never had problems posting tools (ask SC) but drill bits seemed to imply that I was some sort of Terrorist, all sorts of comebacks vowed I would only offer for collection, sorry you can't make it, understandable.

It’s a shame. The courier companies and postal service seem to make it difficult. Thanks very much for the offer. It’s greatly appreciated.

Would the SDS be the 18v CHPX? That's the beast I'm looking at, unless Milwaukee do a cheaper version with the 4 functions?

Been using my M12 Impact and Combi on anger today and love them, can't believe how quick the rapid charger is

I really like bosch drill bits of all types. Seem to last well and cut okay. Sds+ ones and hex head for drill and drivers. That said I am partial to Armeg but they are pricey so limit myself to Armeg holesaws only.

What type of bits are you looking for?

SDS, HSS and some Wood Bits etc.

Have you a link to the Bosch ones? Armeg are probably the best choice, but they are very expensive. I was maybe thinking of getting a set that has nearly everything in it.

Not Poundland ones, I used one once as it was quicker than going to the wholesalers, the bit snagged and the flute ended up twisting the wrong way but it was enough to get the rawl plug in.., ?

Hilti make great drill bits the SDS and SDS Max bits seem to last me forever

Would you have to get them from Hilti directly?

I’ve seen this, but I’m not sure: Makita Straight Shank Accessory Set 101 Pieces - https://www.NoLinkingToThis/p/makita-straight-shank-accessory-set-101-pieces/96659

I like the way it’s all in one case so you can’t lose any bits. Makes it easier to transport and store too. Not sure of the quality though?

Bosch Professional fast cut flat bits, best I've tried and very well priced on Amazon.

Screwfix had really good price on Bosch sds bits a few weeks ago.

The Spade Bits, I have some of them, they are really good. I think I paid £10 for them from Screwfix. I am just after some SDS Bits, HSS Bits and some Concrete and Wood Bits.

For HSS I tend to buy boxes of Dormer bits in bulk, used correctly I get a lot of use out of them.
