I need a little help With GJD 1500 pir system. There are two PIRs over 2 zones. When the floods are activated manually as soon as PIrs are activated on walk past the light go out and the panel flashes between zone 1 and 4 continually until it’s reset. Is the panel knackered. It is

Has anyone got any recommendations for a wired driveway audible alert? A friend has a large drive and wants a PIR to turn brick lights on upon vehicles coming up the drive and also an audible alert at the same time.

I doubt there is a device that does both so probably a separate PIR and then something to alert them of a vehicle coming up the drive.

Any suggestions?

fitted some of them years ago. PIRs wired in alarm cable back to control panel. panel then feed lights. the buzzer works in daylight although the lights only work at dusk/dark. there's a similar set-up by Voltec ( i think that's the correct name).

Can I suggest machine guns on towers activated by microwave sensors. I think the audible part would be met.

What about standard pir/driveway lights combo
And get yourself a ring doorbell or ring security light

Notifies straight to your phone where ever you are and internal house sounder
