Could anyone recommend a bonding clamp that accepts a 50mm bonding cable please for a 3 inch diameter gas pipe? Welding a flag onto it is sadly not an option, I also have to get a 50mm Earth onto a 40mm water pipe, any idea guys?
Cheers

If you have a Megger MFT, the IClamp accepts up to 52mm, although isn't great in tight spaces. A Fluke I-Flex may be the answer, available in two sizes.

Furse make suitable clamps for lightning conductor connections to large pipes that would serve your purpose nicely.

These are what I have used with 70.0 unfortunately I have no idea where they came from, made by Kleinhuis. The conductor connected is 50.0 Looks very similar to RBs pic.Earth clamp for 50mm Earth cable 20180405_132511 - EletriciansForums.net

Showing my ignorance again, but those look like big jubilee clips...
I love 'em! Used to use them to clamp the asbestos rope round the exhaust on our powerboat...odd how the rope steamed so much when new and the engine was running! Still, you could happily place your hand on the rope covering and no burning...
not sure how my lungs are though...

Jebus, all this faffing around just use a large jubilee clip, half a roll of 15 year old insulation tape and the jobs a goodun........
