As Lenny has stated basically!! But remember farm building are notoriously badly/cheaply built, and if the slab has little to no re-bar reinforcement and the building steelwork is just raw-bolted to the slab, you may be out of luck getting a decent earthing. If after testing, you find the system not up to scratch, then a deep driven rod will need to be installed. Fingers crossed ....lol!!!
 
as above, i suppose its a version of Ufer earthing. meake sure you test it properly, using the fall of potential method. Leny has posted a stick somewhere, with very goodinfo about earth rods, and the testing of them.
