earth sizes for SWA run

Wonder if anyone can help, I dont have my regs or OSG on me and need to answer this question today.

We need to install a 35mm swa 4 core (3 Phase and N) The length of run is 110m and the earthing arrangment is TN-C-S.

My question is, do we need to run a separte CPC and if so what size?? worried abut Volt Drop.

As a matter of course I would be installing an additional CPC of 25mm regardless.

Surely who ever did the cable calcs to decide what sized cable to use should have worked out what size earth was required?
