I have spurred out of the ring through a 3a FCU for an outside , how do i go about testing for a Minor Works Cert .Do i do the full RFC tests? or is there a quicker method ? The only tests are Earth continuity , IR , Zs and rcd i believe ....

Full ring final needs testing as you've spurred off it.

As its a ring then you do the full ring circuit tests. Don't know what you mean by 'a quicker way', as it shouldn't take too long to test and do a MWC anyhow.
