looking at this myself but a bit concerned about this yearly fee why do you need it ?

All thats does is provides any support or updates to the software, so unless you have a problem with it or the certs get altered in anyway there really isn't any need for it. Although you do get it for the first year as part of the cost.
 
Castline is good, but the free version is limited to only EIC and MWC.

TBH though, if i was going to buy software, i'd probably get the level 2 that lets you do more. Its not much dearer than Easycert and the certs looks better.

Easycerts layout is all based around the NIC forms.

When I typed editable EICR in google that forum came up, as they had taken TesterSteve's originals and basically said they had came across them without mentioning us here, I went on and recommended they come here to downloaded the updated versions and now in Blue, they deleted the whole post!!
 
anyone know if easycert still lets you overprint nic certs specifically DPN7 condition reports? thinking of purchasing it cheers guys
 
I think they do, surely easier to get a direct answer from Tysoft though
