what would you guys put;
Part 7 ; supply and earthing arrangements I have EB incoming which is TNCS earthing but then is split to TT would you tick both?

Part 8 ; says Maximum demand (load) what would you put I have 2X 160 amp BS 88 fuses

The supply characteristics cannot be both TNCS and TT. If it's TNCS at the service head then that is the supply characteristic. If it separates to TT downstream then state that in the 'extent of work' or 'comments on existing' as appropriate. If the installation is new then it is appropriate to calculate the max demand. If it's an addition or alteration then I use the OCPD rating in amps at the intake as the max demand.

I don't get what you are describing. There are two fuses? So does that mean two cut-outs? one TNCS the other TT? How do you know it is 160A fuses? Is there a piccy?
