Ok did 2 EICR's to day one was ok the other well , both land lady jobs , the one was in a letting agency and was inspected recently and i belive passed how in a million years ill never know , im trying to get hold of the EICR so we can have a nosey
the metal case had no earth insulation readings were low causing the RCD to trip , and what a mess at the CDU single insulated tails crossing sharp edges of the metal enclosure ,the other was a nice install just needed some RCD protection and modification to what i can only decribe as unbeliveable where the sockets have been mounted into the work top ,due to very nice porcelin tile splash back
