hi everyone i need to be 100 percent sure on ducuments needed for assesment i have all books needed my question is on the checklist it says you need health and safety policy statemnet, risk assesment, quotations and complaints forms elecsa have provided me with example forms can i use these even thought they have example written all over them anyone who has recently done an assesmnent please help it on tuesday bricking it

Yes you can use the forms they sent.The assessor goes over it with you and what is required on each so no big deal.

Yes,first assesment last November and that's what happened as I didn't have a clue about risk assesment and the rest.No black marks for not knowing.

can you remember key point to brush up on testing is good just building regs where did you brush up on them mate

i have my 1st assesment this thursday! know how you feel. i too have been a bit confused with the forms they send. i found a template risk assesment on here which i am putting my name on. what job you going to show?

trying to along with on site guide, regs book, going through tests, safe isolation...ahhhh!
