Hi everyone can any one tell me if I'm installing a new db in a commertial building and new circuits off that can I just fill out an elec installation cert or do I also need a continuation cert

There's no such thing as a continuation cert.

You will need an EIC for the new db and the new circuits your installing. A continuation SHEET is used when you have no room left on your primary sheet.
