Electrical Engineer required with experience of Vehicle Charging points

A company that I work for are looking for a Graduate Engineer or some one with the relevant skills to inspect and report on a vehicle charging unit
I did try my own trade body but it was like pulling teeth

heres the technical bit

it’s essentially a review of the electrical design of a EV charge point adhering to the 18th Edition regs. I’ve attached the diagram. A certified/qualified independent is what we need to satisfy client, any help/further thoughts much appreciated!
