I am currently seeking employment as an electrician’s mate / electrical trainee in or around south west London (SW17).
Qualifications:
C&G Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations 2365 (Buildings and Structures) 600/5498/0
C&G Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations 2365 (Buildings and Structures) 600/5499/2
C&G Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018 603/3319/4 (18th Wiring Regs)
CITB Site Safety Plus – Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme
I’ve been working as an assistant contracts manager for a high end commercial and residential fit out company for the past 2 years (electrical - office based) and have been self employed for 2 years before that gutting and renovating domestic properties so I have a wide range of general trades experience. I’m looking for a company or experienced sole trader to take me on so I can gain on-site electrical experience, achieve my NET AM2 qualification along with the initial verification and periodic inspection courses that I need to become a fully qualified electrician.
I’m a hardworking, reliable and intelligent individual that excelled during my college training acting as the teacher’s assistant helping other learners to understand the concepts of electrical science, systems design and testing procedures. I own all of my own tools, electrical laborer ECS card, PPE and a full clean driver’s license (no vehicle though). Ideally looking for a permanent full-time position but will accept a part time role if there aren’t any full-time positions available.
