Discuss electrika estimating software in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Yes it is free and quite good however I use local database only so that I can put in the prices I am charged by my suppliers and if you get spons estimating costs ISBN 9780415469043 you can also put in time taken thereby giving a complete quotation of parts and labour.

I've used PlanSwift's before and found it great. It's not free but it is worth everything I had to pay to get it, saves more time and money. You can give it a look it you want.

It's free because it is supported by the manufacturers listed on it and advertising

Good program used it quite a lot a few years ago

do you just ring the supplier and ask them to send you there prices?
and do you work the time per item out too

we use SEC winit estimating which is very good allows you to load all your wholesalers discounts and fit times , as acat states you can get schedules from spons but they are based on contracts of £100k and over
