Electronic job cards

Can anyone recommend a electronic job card system for a small company of 5 electricians, preferable run on PC for the 'hub' issuing electronic job cards to android phones, with the capability of the android users being able to select from a pool of jobs if required.

Clik Service/Clik Jobs - not sure that you can select from a pool of jobs rather than have them assigned though.
