Emailing FIT applications to EON

Does anyone know if you can email a FIT application to EON? I can't see a dedicated email address on their website.

This is what you need and you will get a receipt to say the system is registered.

I'd send it to Good Energy - I've had quite a few problems with Eon and they don't remind you to send your Fit reading through. Waited 11.5 weeks last time for payment.

Email E-ON then call them after thats what we do for customers.

I rang them today, i was told email applications to [email protected] and i will get automated response.

I sent mine back end of last year to the first email address mentioned. Got an automated response. Still called them to double check they were happy with what was on the forms which they seemed happy to do.

Took just under 3 months to be processed, just in time for the first meter read.

One of our customers called me this morning - installed 5 months ago hasn't had any payments yet from Eon :-(

We're having problems with Eon. We're due for 6 months of payments and we're still waiting. I'm thinking of making a complaint to Ofgem.
