I am working on a very small bathroom that is essentially all "wet area". How do i legally place lights, fan and switches here?

IP65 lights on ceiling and switches outside the room. SELV fans or one suite for what is effectively Zone 1. As a wet is effectively without a basin, you would extend Zone 1 from a radius of 1.20m from the fixed point of water (Drain I believe, not showerhead) Happy to be corrected
