We have just won a job, and upon checking, the property has an EPC from early 2008. seeing as this is the 1st install we have carried out on a property that has an EPC in place, will this one be ok or should it get re evaluated?

It will be fine as long as it's band D or above. No need for extra expense.

are you sure?

I had it in my head that there was some sort of 3 year rule for FIT purposes, but I may well have just made that up.

I just checked the Ofgem guidance and can't find any reference to anything other than the 10 year validity, so I must have imagined the 3 year thing.
