Extent of testing

200 A 3phase cutout bs88 fuses... manweb said they wouldnt connect the installed 95mm tails for the installed 100ma rcd for temporary site ofiices etc this supplies a large 3 phase board that currently supplies a smaller 3 phase board from 100 amp 3 phase mcb... If i installed the last 3 phase board and circuits from there and others installed the rcd, 1st 3 phase board and supply cable to our board would we be required to supply the certification for all etc? May not be very clear the way ive tried to describe... Also the issue with manweb saying they dont connect the tails in to there cutout and thqt we should? Cheers

Scot power i think but i didnt deal with them the company who installed the rcd, board and supply to our board dealt with them...

It's up to the dno (manweb in this case) to either connect the customers cables or allow safe access for the customer to connect them ie: connections at the top of the ct chamber not in the head. Search the mocopa agreement there is a section on new connections about what the dno and meter operator is responsible for.
