External compressor cabinet

Supply to a nice look compressor cabinet,for pumping up tyres.
16amp 230 v.
20amp rcbo supplying the plug & play unit.
Its outside ,does this require main protective bonding,personally I dont think so.
Its extraneous but not entering the building.

If the compressed air pipe is metallic and enters the main building then yes it requires main bonding at the point of entry.
