Specially built to suit. The supply cable comes down the stone wall from the attic inside the building, and loops up into the charger. The wall inside is studded off and insulated between the studs, so clear of any insulation and way over 50mm deep.
It serves the holiday cottages that you can see in the background. Was installed as a (semi) USP, and has so far attracted three customers who initially picked us because of it. A BMW i3, a Tesla 3, and a Mitsubishi hybrid.
The i3 turns up about four times a year, and the Tesla has booked for the third time. Mitsubishi's only been once, but that was only a few months ago.
