Afternoon chaps, I'm thinking whether or not to go back to college. Having previously completed 2330 level 2/3 + 17th edition over 6 years back, I have forgotten alot of the theory.

Are there any colleges/ centres to fast track and complete level 2+3 within a year?

Im currently working couple of days onsite mainly first fixing, however electrician won't take me on as an apprentice...

My thinking is I'll continue working alongside him whilst doing the course, once completed go for my inspection and testing and then through adult learning ecs scheme to become JIB gold. Currently hold ecs green labouring card.

What do you guys suggest and can you recommend any training centres to complete course within 1 year?

Fyi, I want to eventually work on domestic/ commercial properties...

If you have completed 2330 level 2 and 3 there should be no need to repeat these courses. I would recommend the mature candidate route to NVQ3 and AM2 to complete your training coupled with self study revision of theory.

How would I achieve nvq?

Also can you guys recommend level 2/3 online studying portals/ facilities?

All the info is on the link. The NVQ is a portfolio of structured evidence of your work to prove your skills and workmanship. This can be achieved while working but will need your employers co-operation to make it work.
