Feed for pir

I'm struggling to get a feed for a pir to control 3 lights.
There is an emergency light fed from a klix.
At the emergency light there are 2 fused terminals, permanent feed and Neutral them separate switch feed neutral.
Could I feed my pir from that permanent feed ?
 
can't see why not as long as the load on the PIR is not to high for the existing circuit.
